Even if the culture features like language , clothes and behavior vary enormously from one nation

Native music from North America is almost always
monophonic (one instrument), but it’s some important exceptions. The music contains a typical use of drums, but otherwise it’s few instruments, although the flute is also much known.

Before the Spanish conquest, was the music an important part of religious ceremonies and contained instruments like drums, flutes, sea snails shell and so on. No string instruments were used.
